Booking and Purchase Policies
A few simple guidelines, so we can make the most of your time together. These policies are part of my Terms of Service and cover booking Fit Edits and buying digital downloads.
Fit Edits (Virtual and In Person)
Booking and payment. You pay when you book.
Rescheduling and canceling. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. You can reschedule as many times as you need, as long as it's outside that 24-hour window. If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead, your payment is refunded in full. If you reschedule, you keep the price you booked at, even if launch pricing has ended.
Late cancellations and no-shows. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or you don't show up, there's a fee: $50 for a Virtual Fit Edit and $100 for an In-Person Fit Edit. The fee comes out of what you paid, and the rest is refunded, minus any processing fees charged by Stripe or other payment providers.
Running late. Your session ends at its scheduled time, so arriving late means a shorter session. I can't extend it.
Virtual sessions. We'll meet on Google Meet, and your link is in your confirmation email. It's just the two of us, so please join on your own so we can work together distraction-free.
In-Person sessions. If your home isn't ready, or you can't host once I've already left for your session, it counts as a late cancellation, with a $100 fee.
Weather and travel. If weather or travel makes it hard for either of us to be there, that's no one's fault. We'll reschedule at no extra charge.
Digital downloads
The Style Edit and The Thrifted Stylist are digital downloads. After you buy, you'll get a link to download your PDF. The link lasts 24 hours after the first download, so please save your file. The Thrifted Stylist is only sold as a bundle with The Style Edit, because it builds on your answers in the workbook. All sales are final, and there are no refunds, because the files can't be returned. Your download is for your own use. Please don’t share or resell it.
Denim Decoded is free when you sign up for marketing emails. The link will arrive via email.
